1st Professional Year

The 1st Professional Year builds is the foundation year of the Computer Engineering programme.  The Professional Computer Engineer is often asked to solve problems that are unusual or even original. A fundamental understanding of computing devices and systems is required to offer solutions to these problems.  For this reason the programme consists of compulsory foundation papers in electrical engineering, computer science and mathematics.
